We will take you to Luxor right from your hotel by a comfortable air-contitioned bus. First off, you will visit Karnak temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name ipet-isut means ‘the most sacred place’. The temple complex was being built over 2000 years by generations of pharaohs. The great “Hypo-style Hall” is an incredible forest of gain pillars. After having lunch at a restaurant on the Nile, you will take a trip to the west bank of this wonderful river to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III “Colossi of Memnon”, followed by the Valley of Kings, where magnificent tombs were discovered. Those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the pharaoh’s after-life. You will also visit the great Hatshepsut Temple.This impressive temple dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the onlyfemale pharaoh in Ancient Egypt, rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and mirages. After that we will take you to see Alabaster workshops, where Egyptians manually produce their shop-products.
At the end of the tour we will drive you back to your hotel in Marsa alam .
We will pick you up directly from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh aboard a comfortable air-conditioned bus bound for Luxor. Our first stop will be the magnificent Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever constructed. Its ancient name, Ipet-Isut, translates to 'the most sacred place.' This temple complex, built over 2000 years by generations of pharaohs, boasts the awe-inspiring 'Hypo-style Hall,' an incredible forest of towering pillars.
Following a delicious lunch at a Nile-side restaurant, we'll journey to the west bank of the river to visit the colossal statues of Amenhotep III, known as the Colossi of Memnon, followed by the Valley of the Kings. Here, you'll explore the richly decorated tombs carved deep into the desert rock, once filled with treasures for the pharaoh's afterlife.
Our next stop is the impressive Hatshepsut Temple, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. Rising from the desert plain in a series of terraces and mirages, this temple is a testament to her reign.
To conclude our day, we'll visit Alabaster workshops, where you'll witness Egyptians manually crafting their shop-products, providing insight into their ancient traditions and craftsmanship.
